The Urban Decay Spring 2015 collection is made up of 4 new Moondust Eye Shadows, 10 new Sheer Revolution Lipsticks, 8 new Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealers, 14 new Naked Skin Ultra Definition Powder Foundations and 2 mascaras: Resurrection and Revolution.

The Moondust Eye Shadows, $20, have intense hues and microfine sparkle. Moondust is dazzlingly sparkly but with a super refined, incredibly sophisticated feel (and not a single speck of chunky glitter). It is recommended that you apply Moondust with your fingers and for extra intense color payout, try it wet. The colors are highly pigmented and although it is a pressed powder, it feels really creamy. I tried the shade, Ether – a gorgeous purple with flecks of gold shimmer. I love a sparkly eye shadow and was happy that this one wasn’t over the top with glitter – it was just the right amount of sparkle!

The new Sheer Revolution Lipstick$22, has a formula laced with Maxi-Lip (which defines and hydrates lips while making them look plumper and fuller), along with a nourishing blend of oils and antioxidants. Shea butter, jojoba, olive and babassu oils moisturize and condition, while vitamin C and vitamin E provide a hit of antioxidants. I found that it had a sheer pigment and the result was shiny like a beautiful gloss. It is inspired by the original Revolution Lipstick, a favorite of mine. So I was excited to try the sheer version which is more suitable for the warmer weather months. The color Sheer Slowburn that I tried was so pretty and feels very moisturizing on the lips, not dry or cakey at all! There are a whopping 10 shades, and below are four of my faves!

There are two new introductions to the Naked Skin products; the first being the Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer$28. It gives you buildable, even coverage with a luminous, demi-matte finish and the ultra lightweight formula melds like a second skin to give you full coverage in an instant. For complete coverage, just keep building; no matter how much you apply, Naked Skin Concealer always blends beautifully and never settles into fine lines.

Japanese green tea revitalizes and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines. Litchiderm (derived from lychee fruit) protects against dehydration, resulting in a brighter, more radiant complexion. And sodium hyaluronate helps skin attract and retain moisture. The shade-matching system provides a clear starting point for finding your perfect shade: the first part represents shade intensity, and the second indicates shade undertone.
There are 8 shades available:
Fair – neutral, Light – warm, Light – neutral, Medium Light – neutral, Medium – neutral, Medium Dark– warm, Medium Dark – neutral, Dark – neutral

The other addition to the Naked Skin products is the Naked Skin Ultra Definition Powder Foundation, $36. While traditional powder foundations can be dry and look dusty or cakey on the skin, Naked Skin always blends gorgeously and wears comfortably. Like the rest of the Naked Skin lineup, Naked Skin Powder Foundation diffuses light to blur fine lines and wrinkles to make you look professionally retouched. It delivers amazing coverage, lasts all day and works wet and dry. And it comes in the cutest little purple pouch to keep it protected.

Review, Swatches, Comparison Photos: Urban Decay Naked Basics Vs. Naked2 Basics – Matte EyeShadow Palette Showdown!

There are two new mascaras introduced. Resurrection Mascara$16, is like an amazing lash comb in liquid form – this clear refreshing serum combs through lashes to soften mascara and get your lashes ready for another coat. And the curved fiber brush really grabs onto lashes and separates them.

Twice the Perversion Mascara, $12, means you can have “bigger, blacker, badder lashes” wherever you go. With this full-size duo of ultra-creamy, lengthening and volumizing mascara, you can keep one tube at home and take the other with you when you’re on the go. The high-tech, volumizing brush has a twisted trim that enables it to latch on to each lash to separate and define. It pulls through lashes smoothly and lays down a generous amount of product.
