(Review and Photos): L’Oreal Paris Visible Lift Smooth Absolute Instant Age Reversing Foundation

Although I don’t normally use foundation, I was most interested in trying  L’Oreal Paris Visible Lift Smooth Absolute Instant Age Reversing Foundation as it touts on its site that you make up to ten years disappear in a single stroke. How could I resist? I would love to have my 32 year old skin back. It looked more even and was tighter back then. One could obviously see the appeal of this product so I had to put it to the test.

I loved the brush that applied the foundation. Whenever I needed my make up to be done  professionally, the artists always came with their own set of brushes for application purposes. There were many different brushes for eyes, lips, face, cheeks, etc. That’s why makeup artists have these rather large cases that go with them on jobs as they not only have the cosmetics to carry, but the brushes for each individual product as well. I nearly always used my fingers to apply cosmetics, but I do see the difference a stroke makes. It makes for a much smoother finish.

Wearing L’Oreal Paris Visible Lift All Over

L’Oreal Paris Visible Lift has a unique Hydra-Collagen Complex in it that is used to plump the skin from within. To apply, you first turn the bottle to release a small amount of pigment on to the brush. There are 8 different shades to choose from and I went for # 162 Nude Beige. The brush glided the color onto my skin and looked as if it was filling in my crow’s feet and made them certainly look less noticeable right away. The feel of the brush, with it’s cool and refreshing  foundation made my skin feel hydrated. The foundation felt like a drink of water for my face but the finish of the foundation looked soft and smooth.  I felt like a painter as I touched every nook and cranny of my face with the brush. It helped the color to melt into my skin and the overall look was quite astonishing. My new canvas, I mean face,  looked nearly perfect! My skin definitely appeared smoother and more supple within minutes of using this product.

Lastly, and the most important part to me, is that I liked what I saw when I looked in the mirror. I made a deal with myself to continue using this product as I did look younger and visibly saw a difference in the way my skin tone went from a grayish peachy tone to a more neutral shade. It is supposed to , over time, have an age reversing formula which could only help keep my skin’s elasticity. I cannot confirm that I looked 32, but I did get a few more catcalls on the streets of New York City than usual.

The foundation retails for $16.99 at drugstores nationwide. To participate in our L’Oreal Golden Balm giveaway, please click here.

I have a bottle of Visible Lift that I love. Color 149. THe problem is that there is 1/2 of th make-up in the bottle that I am unable to access. This type of container relies on the straw to pull up the make-up. It no longer comes up and there s 1/2 bottle that is perfectly fluid. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

I just bought the Invisible Lift foundation and am unable to get to the makeup. I don’t understand how to use the bottle. I’ve stripped all of the plastic wrap from the bottle, but still cannot access the contents inside. Please help me with this. I’m sure it’s wonderful foundation, but I’ll have to return it as I can’t get to the contents.

Please email me with instructions. Thank you.
