I’ve long been a fan of the Alba line. The plant-based products are 100% vegetarian and contain botanical ingredients. They do not contain meat, by-products of animal killing or cruelly-obtained animal ingredients. They package their products sensibly & minimally and use post-consumer materials whenever possible.
This gentle face wash is designed to remove dirt and excess oil without over-drying or stripping skin of natural oils. Formulated with cold-pressed hemp seed oil, witch hazel and shea butter, it promises a refreshed and healthy-looking glow. It is dermatologist tested and made from 100% vegetarian ingredients. The biodegradable formula is free from sulfates, artificial colors, synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates or petrolatum. I used this for a few nights and it’s great—creamy, effective, and lightly scented. It definitely lives up to its non-drying claim. At $9.99, it’s a sure-fire winner.

I used this product in the morning and evening and found it did feel refreshing and the light fragrance was pleasant.
For stressed out skin that needs extra TLC, this calming concentrate is said to absorb quickly and to offer an added boost of skin balancing hydration to supplement your favorite moisturizer. Formulated with cold-pressed hemp seed oil and aloe vera, the lightweight, silky solution helps soothe skin for a radiant, healthy-looking glow. It’s made of 100% vegetarian ingredients the formula is biodegradable. No animal testing, sulfates, artificial colors, synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates or petrolatum. I used this at night and liked it very much. True to its claim, it absorbed rapidly and in the morning, my skin felt silky and soft. And this is a great price for a serum! Comparable products generally cost much more so I was happy to discover such a budget friendly version. Definitely a keeper.
