Are your lashes ready for a dip? LASH DIP debuts – Product Review

We’ve seen Latisse, eyeliner tattoos and now…lash dipping!

Yes, it looks like dipping your eye lashes is now the equivalent of letting them swim in color, feather by feather.

This technique came to our attention from one of our favorite bloggers, Diva Debbi, who tried this somewhat pricey fix in her home spa in Ossining, N.Y. The results are…no flaking, no dilution of color for an entire six weeks. Something that the bride-to-be might be interested in? We think so!

In order to get a treatment of LASH DIP, you’ll need to find an esthetician who is “Lash Dip” certified.

Read all about it here.Tell us, would you take the plunge?

A New Elle article revealed that Lashdips application contains aniline die and is not recommended for the eye area. There are other semi permanent mascara applications that are safe alternatives.

Lash Dip makes you look like you have clumpy mascara on. Looks like a bad mascara job. Had it on for one day and soaked them off. Don’t bother.

I got lash dipped 6 days ago and although my eyes look a lot brighter and more open, it looks too clumpy for me. I dont think I will get this service done again. It makes it hard to out on eyeliner because the lashes are too stiff and scratches the eyelid. Some of my eyelashes are clumped together and I really want to take it off. Any advise on how to soak it off!

I had lash dip applied almost a week ago and it was a costly experiment that failed. I tried lash dip because I never leave the house without mascara since my lashes are very fair, but I know I won’t get this done again because my lashes are clumpy and flaky looking. It looks like I’ve worn mascara through a long hard day and it’s time to remove my makeup. I’ve made an appointment to have it removed.
