16 Jan Makeup Review, Swatches: COVET By Anastasia Beverly Hills – Long-Wearing Waterproof Eyeliner
I am always looking for a long-wearing eyeliner that glides on silky and is skip-proof. Like others I have fallen for — Giorgio Armani being one of my faves — this new line, COVET, from Anastasia Beverly Hills, is clearly a great one!
The COVET Waterproof Eyeliner ($19.00) is practical. It has a built-in sharpener and once on lasts for hours. Anastasia says it’ll stay on for fourteen hours, yet I wore mine in Vert for ten, until I washed it off. It didn’t budge and can also be used as a base for your eyeshadow.
