07 Mar Makeup Review, Swatches: Illamasqua Speckled Nail Varnish Polish – Mottle, Fragile, Freckle
It’s no secret that Illamasqua is one of my favorite cosmetic lines! From lashes to lipsticks, their texture, color selections and quality are top-notch. Their New Speckled Nail Varnish ($16.00) being no exception. This particular collection is so pretty! It is perfect for spring, as the speckles in the polish resemble a bird’s egg.
There are five shades in the entire collection: Speckle (purple), Mottle (mint green), Fragile (blue), Scarce (rose) and Freckle (taupe).
I will admit, I am not great at doing nail art. However, this polish makes me believe that I am. I love the speckled design; Scarce is my absolute favorite shade. These shades are wonderful — for the fact that they are fun pastel shades, yet are extremely wearable. So even the most conservative person can have fun with these.
You can find Speckled Nail Varnish at most Sephoras. The taupe shade, Freckle, is only available at the Sephoras located inside JCPenney.
