New York Streets Freedom of Style is designed for edgy, artistic, diverse individuals with a unique sense of style — inspired by the city that NEVER sleeps!

It’s a unisex brand that is committed to providing you with the tools that will allow anyone to express their own freedom of style. I’m going to review three of their latest texture products: Dry Shampoo ($17.00; 3.35 oz.), Gridlock ($16.00; 3 oz.) and Clay ($15.50; 2 oz.) available at www.newyork-streets.com.

With this new product line, you can “stick, freeze – DEFY GRAVITY!” Non-flaking, mega-hold helps you create sharp, sculpted shapes to achieve ANY style! A few weeks ago I received this package and instantly knew who to use this on: my six-year-old neighbor. See, Randy has a bowl cut and very fine hair. He loves that “rocker” look (seriously, the kid’s into karate and air guitars), BUT, his mom has always been against the Mohawk – not happening for him!

His sister told me that typical hair gel doesn’t hold his hair long, and it goes limp very quick, despite using tons of product. If you’re looking for a chunky, matte texture or you want that gravity-defying control, this line of products will get the job done!

I started with New York Streets Freedom of Style Dry Shampoo to “revive, volumize and refresh” his hair. This dry shampoo is amazing! I used it on my hair a couple of days, as well as in between product-testing, and we all know that this ‘Curl Gurl’ with ‘Hair to Share’ uses tons of hair products.

It did indeed give my roots the lift they needed, and I was able to skip the shampoo — it didn’t leave that white flaky residue associated with some dry shampoos. Perfect for all hair colors – even brunettes. If your hair is oily or you’re that busy, on-the-go person, then this is the BEST way for you to achieve that voluminous look. Use it post-workout to remove any odors, or to just add volume to your roots.

Randy Before

Next, I used Clay, a molding clay for matte shape and structure. At first glance, it looks like silly putty, yet smells amazing – fruity! It conditions hair with rice starch and contains argan oil, which softens and smooths hair, giving it that silky feel.

To use: Emulsify in the palm of your hands and work through damp or dry hair with fingertips. Won’t leave hair feeling sticky nor with any trace of residue. See for yourself: Look at the shine after applying Clay!

Finally, we have Gridlock! – a super-fast-drying fiber fixative for maximum hold, with a firm, strong finish. This formula contains copolymers, to give hold to hair without build-up and panthenol, which imparts hair with sheen and gives it a fuller, thicker appearance while protecting it from over-drying!

To use: Squeeze into palm, quickly work through damp or dry hair to lock-in style. You MUST style your hair quickly… this product is fast-drying! My babe used this product, since he’s into gels and needs hold.

In closing, I will definitely say that this collection is FIERCE, and will create a look that doesn’t follow trends – but inspires them!

I have been browsing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be much more useful than ever before.
