Just as I discovered what I knew to be the first DD cream from Julep, I am excited to unveil the first ever CC cream for hair, which I first saw on Sephora.com: Alterna Caviar CC Cream 10-In-1 Complete Correction ($25.00).

Being that Katie Holmes is their spokesperson doesn’t hurt either, as I have always admired her sense of style, cosmetics and beautiful hair!
This leave-in hair perfector and styling cream — an all-in-one product — is said to deliver 10 benefits in just one easy step. It is said to perfect hair in 10 different ways for complete: Moisture, Shine, Smoothness Anti-Breakage, Heat Protection, Light Hold, UV Protection, Manageability and Strength therapy.
Its key ingredients include caviar extract, which contains amino acids and Omega-3 fatty acids, helping smooth the hair shaft while increasing shine; vitamin C, helps to repair and resists damage from free radicals; Color Hold (c), which is a proprietary technology that was created to lock-in hair color brightness; Seasilk (R), which is comprised of a blend of marine botanicals that provide moisture and help repair damaged hair and Enzymetherapy (R), an enzyme that improves the absorption of essential ingredients for superior keratin production.
Before/After
It smells delightful and seemed to make my hair more manageable and shiny. It definitely brought back the moisture, which is hard to translate through a picture as it feels so smooth to the touch. I used it as a finisher on my dry hair.
Directions: Apply evenly to clean, towel-dried hair and style as desired. Can also be used as a finisher on dry hair.
