World Oceans Day is such an important and vital cause, and I am so glad to help promote it. I grew up going to the ocean and I want them to stay safe for my children, and their children and generations to come. We need to act now in order to preserve them.

Thanks so much for the chance to enter. I am also going to spread the word on FB!

Oops, I forgot to say what I am doing to save the ocean. Well, we live on Lake Ontario in Upstate New York, it is not the ocean, but it is one of the Great Lakes, and looks like the ocean. It has many issues with pollution in several areas around us. I have been active for the past 3 years in participating in several beach clean ups down several miles of beach here. It is like my ocean and I have gotten many of my neighbors involved in this effort as well.

Re-pinned and liked! I always try to do my part by recycling and reducing the amount of water I use!
