(Review, Photos, Giveaway) The Candle Gift Guide for Holiday 2011: Thompson Ferrier, Balenciaga Paris, Laura Mercier

Gone are the days where you’d use those long elegant candles in candlesticks (although a bit of class now and then, a romantic dinner and some crystal couldn’t hurt, especially during holidays like Thanksgiving).

During the holidays, there are so many intoxicating smells: cinnamon, pine, chestnut, fig…it’s hard to pick one seasonal fragrance. But we’ve tried to narrow it down to what we felt is the best of the best in the candle department. Take a look, shop online or in person if you need to smell them, and enter our giveaway below.

Hard to choose, but I would definitely say the Soap and Paper Factory’s Roland Pine Fir Soy Candle because of the Christmas tree scent and clean burning soy wax.
