Why We’re Shopping FragranceNet (plus a Chance to Win a $25 GC)

Ever since Allure magazine broke the story on counterfeit fragrances, shopping for discount fragrances has given me the heebie jeebies. After all, you want the discount but also don’t want to spend money on faux.

Fragance.Net is one of the popular fragrance sites that specialize in discount perfumery. They literally have an A to Z selection, as everything is searchable alphabetically for easy use. Most scents are discounted and while the discounts vary, some can be pretty steep, in an eye-opening kind of way.

The site navigation is easier than saying Dior. Not only do you have the A to Zs which include choices like ever popular Dolce and Gabbana but also an under $25 or perfume minis gift assortment search option. This site also gives you mini sets from Calvin Klein and Angel, which are charming. These can make fun gifts as it gives the recipient a choice of scents within a brand, or multiple minis of a favorite.

The main selections showed fun choices by Demeter like Honeysuckle and Thunderstorm and a kids section with Tinkerbell and Winnie the Pooh sets. Perfect for the kids on the list.

There are even some harder to find niche lines like Washington Tremlett and they now also carry skincare, body care and makeup.

You get free shipping with orders over $ 70.00 but coupon codes are often available. To celebrate the season, Fragrance.Net is giving a gift certificate worth $25 to one lucky shopper. To be eligible, leave a comment below telling us your favorite winter scent.

Good luck!

My favorite right now is Lola (Marc Jacobs). This is my new fragrance and it is simply GORGEOUS! A very rich floral scent. With an enormous, beautiful, colorful, flower as it’s stopper, this will be a decorative item long after the perfume is gone.

I love to wear lemon in the winter…it reminds me of summer.
