KORRES, known for their body and skin care products, introduces what they call “The KORRES Difference” – providing you with shampoos, conditioners, and hair masks that are free of synthetic ingredients. While other shampoos weigh hair down and strip strands of natural luster, KORRES has no silicones, parabens, alcohol or propylene glycol. Rather than silicone, the products have a combination of light vegetable oils and natural biopolymers that moisturize and nourish hair.

The Almond and Linseed Shampoo, Sunflower and Mountain Tea Shampoo, and Aloe and Dittany Shampoo, ($21.50),use a healthy hair system combining two 100% natural complexes: Hair Spa (moisturizes and soothes the scalp to fight dryness and itchiness) and Plantasil (softens and detangles for frizz free, healthier, shinier, more voluminous hair).

All of the products in the hair care line are infused with organic extracts from the island of Crete. KORRES was inspired by the natural beauty of Mediterranean women known for their thick and lustrous hair. The products also contain Vitamin B3 and Provitamin B5 which improves shine, the feel and flexibility of hair, while protecting against mechanical and environmental damage.

I tried the Almond and Linseed Shampoo, Conditioner and Hair Mask. The harsh weather this past Winter has definitely dried out my hair! The Almond and Linseed products promised to nourish, hydrate, and repair hair so I was ready to put them to the test. Let me first say that each one of the products smell amazing. I felt like I was transported to a luxury spa. The shampoo left my hair squeaky clean and the conditioner was so creamy. As recommended for the Hair Mask, I massaged into my scalp and let it sit for about five minutes and rinsed. After blowdrying, I could see the difference immediately between the KORRES products and my usual shampoo and conditioner – it just felt and looked better- simple as that! And I know it’s because of the array of natural ingredients in each product. I am now hooked on KORRES. The result is hair that is healthier, shinier, fuller, and more manageable.
