Being a New Jersey native, I really thought my big, frizzy hair was just a way of life. It was poufy and had way too much body—something I always blamed on humidity, heredity and occasionally even my blow dryer.
Before Treatment

After Treatment
Right before my very eyes, my hair became what I had always dreamed of: silky, soft, shiny and infused with moisture. Plus, it seriously cut down on my hair’s “volume.” I’m hooked and pretty sure these women are too.
How hair is transformed, in under 90 minutes:
Step 1 – Hair is washed with a special, sulfate free shampoo.
Step 2 – Expert stylist applies Solution 1, which relaxes the hair. Since I have color treated hair (one of my favorite past times seems to be abusing my hair with bleach), the treatment was left on for just 10 minutes and then the solution was rinsed out.
Step 3 – Expert stylist applies Solution 2, which infuses the hair with a healthy dose of vitamins and nourishing ingredients. This was left on for about 10 minutes, and then was washed out.
Step 4 – Hair is blow dried and flat ironed to thermally lock in results and ensure lasting sleekness and smoothness.
Step 5 – Go to dinner with incredible hair! But make sure to stay out of rain and even the shower for 2 days after the treatment—otherwise you run the risk of reducing effectiveness. Plus see the video demonstration of the process below:

Posted at 01:11h, 28 OctoberI ahve super curly hair that can become frizzy and I’ve tried everything short of the Brazillian blowout, which I refuse to do. Honestly, finding the right hair stylist who knows how to work with curly hair and use the right sulfate free products is your best bet to have the right cut and reduction of frizz. I’ve learned to wear my hair natural and look fabulous. Honestly these pictures are B.S. That girl doesn’t have anything close to what I’d call frizzy or what I experience in the first picture. Her hair looks big because she clearly just took it down from a pony tail. I can see the dent in her hair. I don’t buy it. Give me something more tangible than that. She went from straight to straight.

Posted at 19:16h, 26 MarchA word to the wise…Just had the Yuko Anti Frizz done. This process was offered as an alternative to the Brazilian Blowout and wrongly so IMO. I am completely dissatisfied with the result. I’ve had 2 Brazilian Blowouts and there is NO comparison. Do NOT waste your money on a Yuko Anti Frizz expecting the same result as a Braz. The Braz is a much sleeker and polished look. The Yuko only took some of the frizz away and did nothing for the unruly spots or manageability. I still have to blow dry straight and flat iron certain areas to get the same effect as the Braz. We all know how damaging flat irons are. My hair was healthier and shinier after the Brazilian Blowouts and didn’t require flat ironing. If found a helpful review of the different options and what you can expect.
