At 50, my hair is getting dull — not gray (yet!). Wanted to perk up my hair — I’m a light brunette/dark blonde. Since my salon highlights have faded, and money is tight, thought I’d give this a try. Results? Easy to use, smells great and my hair’s soft. Color? Too dark!!!!! I don’t like it. L’Oreal, reshoot the before and after box photos. The model has blonde highlights (I have none anymore) and my hair took on some red. I have a “dyed hair out of a box look.” If the photo was accurate, I’d be satisfied. If you want any blonde, do not buy LIGHT CHESTNUT BROWN 62. It’s very dark. If I do this again (which I doubt) I will choose a much lighter color. Best advice: Save your money for the salon if you want highlights or a particular color. I learned my lesson. Only a pro can help you look like the model on the box. Do you really think they color their own hair????? Good luck!

I used Loreal sublime mouse color twice in summer 5 weeks apart. Both times medium brown. The color was complementing my own natural color and it covered gray hair which I don’t have too much. The second time I used it, however, my scalp started itching badly and it got red and dry every day after I died it. My hair started falling out from the ruth which is not common for me ever. I watched about 20 hairs regularly fall out every time I washed it and when it was dried. i have never experienced my hair falling out even though I have colored it since 20 years ago. My hair is long and brown and It scared me to see it everywhere in the house falling out. The top of my scalp has now obviously less hair and it parts randomly. It became dry and was tangling behind my neck. My hair is still falling out but little less since I stopped using this product. I would not ever use this product again. I waited for a while and went back to my hair color brand I used before. My hair is still dry and it is now hard to comb it and I use a lot of hair conditioner even though my hair is straight it tangles up easily. I do not recommend this product.

I just used the light chesnut brown from the sublime line… My hair was a light brown and I wanted to tone it instead of it being blotchy my hair turned out fricken black. I am not happy considering I just spent over $50 to remove black I wanted to go back to my natural color. So I’m very displeased with this product and I will be calling loreal and they will be paying for salon costs to fix this shit. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. this is the second time this product has done this to me I will be getting my money back

I loved L’Oreal Sublime Mousse so much…. at first. That color faded really fast the first time, and it felt dry, but I thought my hair looked great anyways, and used the product again (the ice brown). A couple weeks ago was my 3rd application.. the color does look great, however MY HAIR IS FALLING OUTTT!!!!
I noticed it when I first used the product. Lots of shedding, but I just thought I was stressed out. Until I started reading reviews. This horrible product has thinned my hair significantly. It was so healthy and soft before. Not it is dry and thin. I hate you Sublime Mousse. You suck 🙁

I used sublime 83 ( packaging said golden blonde) picture is of blonde hair in the colour guide on the back of box. Well let’s say I was blonde, it has turned out light brown/red/pink. it has covered some greys, and the condition of the hair is fine but this is not the colour they put on the packaging!

I tried to call the help line to see if I can recolour as it is the xmas and new year season and Im at home with red/pink/brown hair but of course they are closed till the 3rd January! I was really happy with the colour my hair was but was just wanting to colour the greys before new years party.
I will never use loreal again.
