Posted at 04:09h, 21 OctoberI have never tried Neutrogena cosmetics before, but from watching the video, the brand really is appealing to me! I would love to try the makeup primer! Primers are like the best thing ever created, lol, so that is definitely my pick! The entire 3 step system with the primer, the liquid makeup, and the powder powder looks like it would keep my oily face at bay! My skin stops feeling fresh around 11 or so when I apply my makeup around 6:30 – 7 in the morning. If I apply it at a later time around 12, then it is usually not so fresh around 3 or 4. This Neutrogena 3 step oil control system really looks like it just might give my shine a fight!
