15 Oct Heidi Klum 2009 Makeup Collection for Victoria’s Secret
Heidi Klum has brought her love of India to the rest of us in The Heidi Collection 2009, a new set of makeup for Victoria’s Secret. The Glitter Liquid Liner in Majesty ($12,) Eyeshadow Pallette in Hidden Place ($24,) and Extra-Length Mascara in Amethyst ($13) all combine purple shimmer reminiscent of a starry night. My absolute favorites from the collection include the creamy Perfect Lipstick in Exotic Spice ($16) and Lipgloss in Passion Fruit ($14.)
The nude tones flatter an array of skin tones and the soft flecks of golden shimmer keep them out of the realm of staid and boring neutrals – they also layer over each other nicely. The Luminous Face Powder Gems in Moonstone ($22) consist of spheres of golden, pink, and rose that give a lit-from-within glow we’re all after, and the beautiful cylinder that holds them simply can’t be hidden away in a makeup bag. If you seek to give your inner twelve-year-old girl a grown up make-over, then these sparkly makeup items are for you.
