RiRi Woo is a “retro matte,” blue-toned red — and it is VERY MATTE, almost looks powdery on lips. Your lips may feel dry due to it being “so matte,” but it’s definitely the truest red I’ve come across!
It gives you that “retro/pin-up” look. I used zero lip balm (wish I did) and my lips looked FLAWLESS!
