Armani’s Face Fabric Foundation SPF 12 ($49.00) has changed my life! For the past year, I have been on a steady diet of BB cream and loose powder, swearing off traditional makeup. Until now!
Face Fabric Foundation feels like velvet going on, but is weightless and provides great coverage. No powder needed and no shine throughout the day. The shades compliment a wide variety of skin tones. Armani claims its “unique Micro-fil™ formulations bring lightness and fluidity to makeup, allowing infinite blending and layering to enhance the natural glow of the skin.” I found all these claims to be true.

At first, I thought the lightest shade #2 would be too dark for me, but it blended into my skin seamlessly. Available in 5 shades: #1 Pale, #2 Porcelain, #3 Natural Beige, #4 Medium Beige and #5 Dark Beige, Giorgio Armani translates his skills in texture and layering into this unique range of cosmetic textiles, making it a wardrobe for your face.
As you would expect, Armani’s Eyes To Kill Quad Shimmers ($59.00) are contained in a shiny, sleek black compact. The shades pop out of the compact with names like Fatal and Mystery.
Armani describes the “Eyes to Kill Palette includes an extraordinary matte that easily blends with an exceptionally luminous satin veil. For a crease-proof makeup that lasts for hours. A palette of four harmonious colors instinctively follows the natural approach to the eye.”

Mirage contains sun-kissed shades of golds and bronze; Fatal (swatched) is a cool purple palette with a mix of lavenders and rich burgundy shimmers and purples.
