When I heard that OCC (Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics) had a new Lip Tar launch at Sephora in Times Square two weeks ago, I was thrilled to attend another one of their events for yet another Lip Tar review!

Complete with DJ, cake pops and drinks, fans gathered outside to catch a glimpse of the lovely drag queens: Vicky Vox, William and Detox.

Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics are 100% vegan- and cruelty-free, and I LOVE how these Lip Tars nourish my lips.
For those who aren’t familiar, Lip Tars are an ultra-saturated, lightweight but LONG-WEARING liquid lipstick that applies like a gloss with UNPARALLELED PIGMENTATION.
When I first saw the Lip Tar squeeze tubes my initial reaction was, “Pfft, there is NO WAY that little tube will last with my lips.” Well, rest assured, a little truly does go a very long way.

I tried on all 9 shades shown here for this review, and for my pictures, removing each shade to then apply the next one did not leave my lips dry. OCC Lip Tars really do soothe and moisturize lips (and mine were a bit sore from all the rubbing, believe that!)
