I fell for my lippy sample in shade 69, as it had insane color payoff and lasted the whole day, through both lunch and dinner.
I also liked the fact that it felt moisturizing on my lips, not drying or leaving behind any crackly build-up like some other long-wearing products do. The formula is thick, cushiony and comes in 22 creamy shades ranging from barely-there nudes to bold brights (Rush and Bang pictured above).
There is a color for everyone when UD comes to play! The organically shaped and custom-designed gunmetal packaging is quite a stunner, too. It’s lovely to look at with the signature dark purple interior on every lipstick.

Posted at 12:11h, 16 OctoberI love urban decay because not only are their products so beautiful, they have colors for everyone, from the regular nudes to the wild colors. And regardless of age, most women can look fabulous wearing everything. It’s simply what the person feels comfortable wearing. I fell in love with these lipsticks upon first inspection. I love the fact that they appear to be a lipstick and gloss all in one without the extra price for the second item. The colors are so pigmented and last for a long time but look just as beautiful on the lips as any really high end lipstick costing twice the price. There are so many colors to chose from that there’s something for everyone. And the smoothness and creaminess of the product on the lips is unmatched by any other lipstick I’ve ever tried. I’m obsessed with obsessed after reading your review and viewing the swatches, I think I have to check out Rush and Bang as well. Oh and 69 looks gorgeous as well. OK, let’s face it. I want them all. Well, I think it would be so cool if you’d do a limited edition series consisting of every color in this very special lipstick series, especially if you created a gorgeous case to store and sell them in, as you’ve done for some of your other special limited edition series. This would make for an insane Holiday Gift, a product EVERY woman, of all ages, would lust after. As a beauty junkie, I’m always on the search for the PERFECT lipstick. There are so many pretty ones on the market but I think I just might have found the Perfect lipstick I’ve been looking for in Urban Decay’s Lipstick Revolution, with it’s creaminess, beautiful pigment and shine. There is not one color in the series that disappoints and I’ve never experienced anything like that.
