Ardency Inn is a relatively new cosmetic brand that has unleashed itself in Sephoras nationwide. As a music lover, I am also entranced at how all their products are inspired by the New York City music scene.
All of their products are inspired by the creativity and vibrance of the music industry. Their products are broken down into three categories:
AMERICANA – “Products that are drenched in natural tones inspired by the multicultural heritage and effortless beauty of downtown NYC!”
MODSTER — “Upbeat colors inspired by the Mod subculture of high fashion and all-night clubs.”
PUNKER — “Edgy blacks inspired by the darkly rimmed eyes and fierce attitude of punk rockers.”
Three products came across my desk that I was so excited to try! From the Punker Collection is the Punker Unrivaled Volume And Curl Lash Wax Mascara, from the Americana Collection is the Custom Coverage Concentrate foundation and from the Modster Collection we have Long Play Supercharged Lip Color in Love Cat.
Punker Unrivaled Volume And Curl Lash Wax intrigued me, because it’s not your typical mascara. The groundbreaking formula was inspired by lightweight hair pomades. The texture of this product is so light on your eyes, I felt as if I had nothing on at all.

MUFE Smoky Extravagant Mascara
This product is great on natural lashes, but I also did an experiment and tried it on false lashes. Due to the light texture and dark pigment, it was amazing! My lashes also grow pretty straight and I have to curl them all the time. However, over the course of a few days, my lashes were really curling on their own!
From the Americana Collection I was able to perfect my canvas with Custom Coverage Concentrate. This particular formula is lightweight on your skin, yet heavy on coverage. You can customize your own coverage depending on how much you use. A drop mixed in with your favorite moisturizer is all you need. EDITOR TIP: I also mixed it with my eye cream and was able to make my own concealer.
Ardency Inn Punker One Stroke Liquid Eyeliner – “Best & Baddest”
I enjoy getting dirty and used the back of my hand as my palette. Use either with a foundation brush or your favorite sponge, and a perfected face is only a drop away!
To finish off your perfect face, every rocker needs a drop-dead gorgeous lipstick. And Modster Long Play Supercharged Lip Color in Love Cat is all you need. The texture of this lipstick is a velvety matte, yet it’s hydrating on the lips.
Intense pigments and essential oils deliver maximum hydration and bold color. By the time you’re done, you will be singing “Rapture” in the mirror, doing your best Debbie Harry impression! So, there you have it: downtown edge with uptown technology!
