Iʼve been going through some sort of e.l.f (EyesLipsFace) craze lately. I recently found out that my local stores (such as Target, Marshals, Rue21, Ross and Walmart) all carry e.l.f products now!

I couldn’t pass up on the opportunity, because they had mostly everything that I wanted! If you are new to the e.l.f brand, its products range from $1 to around $20 — dirt-cheap makeup that works really well for the price. So, if you ever need a quick mascara or eyeliner check out this brand. I would like to share with you a few of my faves:

This is one of my most favorite hauls from e.l.f., and I canʼt stress enough how completely in love I am with the e.l.f Studio Baked Eyeshadow Palette ($10.00) in California, which has ten pretty awesome neutral shades in it!

These aren’t small eyeshadows, but nickel-sized pots of pure color! The pigmentation of these are outstanding as well. They last throughout the day until night, with a good primer of coarse! Any of the e.l.f primers will work great. You can wear these wet or dry (FYI: Wearing them wet will really intensify the look).

Now on to another favorite of mine: the e.l.f Studio Conditioning Lip Balm SPF 15 ($3.00). First things first, yes, the lip balm packaging is quite bulky, but it really doesn’t bother me.

I myself am not really worried about packaging but more about the actual product. The color that I have here is Romantic Rouge, which is a really nice, light red once applied.

This is a great color if you want a sheer red stain on the lips. The actual product is slightly creamy but not wet and runny, and it’s not too sticky which is always a plus. It also keeps your lips hydrated and moisturized throughout the day.

I don’t think that I was really expecting a lot out of the e.l.f. Studio Last Extending Mascara ($3.00), but I decided to go ahead and purchase it anyway just because I don’t own any e.l.f. mascaras.

Once I tried it, I was sold! It has a moon-shaped brush that moves really well within the contours of your lashes.

After

after elf lash extending mascara

It gave my eyelashes definition and length with about 3 to 4 coats. It really made my lashes stand-out and look glam — the look that I tend to go for.

The e.l.f. Studio Tone Correcting Powder ($3.00) has four color-correcting colors. What I usually do is swirl all of the colors together — this works great to set my concealer, especially under my eye area.

This powder really helps to just set and keep everything in-place. It does not settle into fine lines and wrinkles — it just blends all out very nicely. I should have never left this powder in the dark for so long, because it is great!

So, I have have been going through some sort of concealer phase as of late, which brings me to the e.l.f Studio Complete Coverage Concealer ($3.00) palette in Dark.

This palette has four different shades (and comes in three selections: Light, Medium and Dark), which makes it great for all of the different seasons. When your skin goes from light to dark and back again, this concealer palette is great!

However, for those of you who suffer from oily skin, such as myself, I don’t really recommend this palette for the extreme summer heat. This palette has some oils in it which really doesn’t mesh well with oily skin and the hot/humid summer heat. I do recommend this for the winter though, because it is so moisturizing.

Overall, this brand is very good for the price of its products. It won’t hurt to purchase a few shades and items to play around with. Check out the rest of the line at www.eyeslipsface.com.
