The buzz word this season? PRIMERS! Every brand from Proactiv to Vera Wang has one. Last time, I reviewed the Proactiv Smoothing Primer. Next primer to try on my crusade for the ‘holy grail’ of all face primers is the Rimmel Fix & Perfect Pro Primer — this primer claims to deliver 5 in 1 results that claim to:
– Smooth and Resurface Skin
– Hydrate any dryness and protect skin
– Mattify to reduce shine
– Reduce appearance of large pores
– Even skin tone
I have tried so many primers in the past I was skeptical, of course. But, I was pleasantly surprised with the results. The texture was nice — not too slippery — so my foundation did go on smoothly. I have to say I liked it better than the Proactiv Smoothing Primer.
My foundation did stay on all day. I liked the fact that it didn’t feel like pure silicone — the texture was more like a lightweight lotion. It is a white lotion, however, so don’t get nervous, it does sink into the skin right away. I would give this Fix and Perfect Primer a 7 out of 10. Good mass market purchase, and for a price of $8.99 it’s a steal.

Posted at 16:37h, 10 Aprilthey have good products at great peices i compared some of their products with high end products and alot of their products won out and are in my cosmectic bag.i would be interested intrying a free sample if they offer one.
