Let me tell you what happened as I was perusing the aisles in my local drugstore… I happened upon these New Limited Edition Sugar Coat and Fuzzy Coat Nail Colors by Sally Hansen ($5.99 each). I stopped dead in my tracks. That’s what happened!

You know me, I’ve been loving their Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips for the last two years, but, I was so attracted to these new textures that I bought one immediately and tested it on my walk home!

Left; Top to Bottom: Wool Knot, Peach Fuzz and Fuzzy Fantasy Right; Tight Knit

I tweeted a pic of my daughter wearing Tight Knit, as I was reviewing another line on my nails at the time, but then had to sport it myself!

I love the look of the texture, as 3D-fun colors are combined to give an overall feel of dimensional fabric finishes. Blurred, woven and marble fiber looks resembling hand-spun yarn are combined with a multidimensional network of color to create a matte finish with a textured effect.

Available in Peach Fuzz, Fuzzy Fantasy, Wool Knot, Tight Knot, Fuzz-Sea and All Yarned Up (the last three were already sold out in my local drugstore, yet I was told to come back tonight as they got another shipment in. Phew!).

The same fervor applies to the Limited Edition Sugar Coat ($5.99) textured nail colors, as they have a sugar-like texture to give your nails a 3D, volumized color, saturated look. Sally Hansen‘s latest polish breakthrough leaves nails looking good enough to eat.

This looks just like a Sally Hansen ad! Nice job, Nicole!

Hard candy finishes in rich shades like Bubble Plum, Razzleberry, Sweetie, Sour Apple (sold out at my local drugstore), Lick-O-Rich, Sugar Fix, Cherry Drop and Cotton Candies transform your nails into a sugar-coated, semi-matte finish. Delish!

Fuzzy looks more fun. Honestly though, when I wear anything but a smooth coat, I feel like a child.

What drugstore and in what city were these found in?! I live in LA and the only place I found these were at Target in Pasadena, Ca. they only had 4/8 colors of both the Sugar Coat and Fuzzy Coat collections. Can’t wait to get the other colors! Thanks for your time.
