Whenever a bag that has ‘Nails Inc. London’ written on it arrives, my adrenaline starts pumping! The nail-aholic side of me is addicted to nail strips, yet I love trying polishes — and this time, I got to sample three new finishes!

Founded in 1999 by Thea Green, Nails Inc. has become the UK’s leading fashion-forward nail brand. Fashion is always at the heart of their brand and they are always on trend, not to mention also being trendsetters. I remember when they first were written up in Allure magazine for their Magnetic Polish ($16.00) — I was one of the first to run to Sephora the day their gondolas arrived to buy it in both Trafalgar Square (a gray color) and Houses of Parliament (purple) at the time. Allure had mentioned that the a gold shade (Piccadilly) was set to be launched, yet it did not come until only a month ago… and with gold came two other metallic colors that leave a fishnet pattern on the nail that is smooth-to-the-touch — Fishnet Magnetic Polish ($16.00)! The three colors available are Piccadilly (gold shimmer fishnet), Soho (chrome metallic fishnet) and Spitalfields (green metallic fishnet).

Also launching are four new colors of Nail Jewelry ($9.50). These nail polishes add sparkle to your nails and are available in Burlington Arcade (diamond), Piccadilly Arcade (emerald), Princes Arcade (pink diamond) and Royal Arcade (sapphire).

Neon nails have been trending and Nails Inc. will debut three new Neon Crackle Top Coats ($9.50) in Kings Cross (neon orange), Camden Town (neon pink) and Soho Square (neon green).

Last, but not least, is Special Effects Mirror Metallic Nail Polish (9.50) available in two shades that have a highly reflective finish to them. New mica pearls were used to create this look with Stratford (bronze with antique pink undertones) and Cheyne Walk (purple with gold undertones) leaving the nails with a unique look; colors are reflected everywhere throughout the nail bed!

All will be available at www.sephora.com and Sephora stores this summer. So have fun and try something new if you feel like it! I know I am going to mix and match a few of these options above!

I used an essi polish which was red on my toenails about 2wks ago and still have a yellowing of my nails…is this related to the possible formaldehydes in the product? Also I hear its only the darker polishes that have these chemical s in them…true?

Lol so true, me too. I always keep on updating new trends for nail arts and for now I use to do this easily when it comes to nail arts.

I believe essie products are Formaldehyde free? I shall ask an expert and write again! Thanks for your feedback, as always.
