Here’s how the 4-in-1 Clearing Complex works:

· Anti-acne: Salicylic acid clears away dead surface cells that clog pores to help resolve and prevent breakouts.

· Oil-control: Laminaria saccharina helps normalize the excess production of oil.

· Non-irritating: Sea whip extract calms and soothes skin, and helps reduce surface redness.

· Exfoliate: Salicylic acid promotes healthy cellular turnover.

I can’t wait to get my hands on this product! I’m a clinique lover and hope this product really does the job.

I’ve suffered from acne for 38 years so I’ve tried a lot of products including prescription. I’m intrigued by the combination of ingredients in this product and happy they didn’t do to salicylic acid what Neutrogena did to it (their “hydrating” formula doesn’t soak into the skin like their plain clear old formula used to) . I’d like to give this a try and see if it will help me. I also use salicylic acid for an ear ailment I have (long story). I’d be interested to see how it made my ears feel (applied to my outer ear with doctor approval). Last, I’d like to know the % of salicylic acid. Just curious as it may not matter so much when combined with the other ingredients. I’d appreciate a sample.
