Lancôme calls DreamTone, “the next generation of dark spot correction” and claims that:
• 74% of women tested saw glowing skin immediately
• In 7 days, 70% noticed a more even skintone
• In 4 weeks, 69% saw the appearance of dark spots reduced
• In 8 weeks, 78% saw color imperfections reduced

Each formula targets different types of discoloration and imperfections that show up more prominently on certain skintones: Fair skin shows more redness along with dark spots; Medium skin shows visible sallowness; Dark skin shows acne marks and blemishes. More specifically, the break down of these color-correcting ingredients are as follows:
• Hydroxy-Phenoxy Propionic Acid — A hydroquinone derivative that provides a multifaceted approach to evening skintone and reducing the appearance of dark spots
• Lyphohydroxy acid (LHA) – A hydroxy acid that helps brighten the appearance of skin over time
• Dermochlorella (Chlorella Vulgaris Extract) — An ingredient extracted from green micro-algae
• Eterniskin (Girfola Frondosa Fruting Body Extract) – A derivative of Japan’s maitake mushroom that is believed to have antioxidant properties
Soft-focus tinted pearls were carefully selected for each formula, so each skintone could enjoy the light scattering technology. Lancôme claims it has clinically observed three different pigmentation profiles, and developed these DreamTone formulas to correct the problems with each.

Each formula targets excess melanin synthesis (which leads to pigmentation irregularities), restores epidermal homeostasis (keeps things working right) and combats redness and stress.
Each tester used this product daily for about 10 days.
Yona Before
Yona used Dreamtone 2 for Medium skin

“The formula has a pearly, reflective texture that brightens and illuminates skin immediately for a healthy, radiant look. The pink and copper pigments aid in improving the skintone.
It absorbs well and is a fine base for the rest of your makeup. I did not find I could go without foundation, but since it was so light and easily absorbed, I could apply my regular sun protection as well as foundation, blush and powder without looking cakey or overdone.
After 10 days, I did notice a slight improvement in skintone, but even a slight change packs a lot of punch. I plan to keep using this and hope for even more dramatic results in the future.” – Yona McDonough

I lot of companies try to say their products work and don’t yield results but im convinced this product is special.

Posted at 04:58h, 11 OctoberI have combination skin and my freckles are my skin flaws at the moment! I love serums I say they are a must to prevent and help the skin to further look dry and old I see the after pictures and I do see a difference but why does the serum have to be so pricey!?

I really need this for the pregnancy mask spot I got a few yrs ago, they lightened up after having my baby but they are still really bad, I also have a scar on my chin from being assaulted that I would love to get rid of. I have light to medium skin tone. Thanks

You can truly see a significant difference with the darkness around Yona’s eyes and the shrinking pores on all of them are amazing. Their skin looks so smooth and the pores are virtually impossible to see. I can’t even imagine having skin like that. Would love to try this product for my dark circles especially.
