12 Sep Review, Ingredients,Photos: Aveeno Active Naturals Ultra-Calming Makeup Removing Wipes With Feverfew
I was very excited to try Aveeno Active Naturals Ultra-Calming Makeup Removing Wipes ($6.99). I, for the most part, used eye makeup remover and washed my face with soap and water. I had tried different products to remove my makeup, but I was never 100% happy with any of the products that I used. So, I was curious to see what Aveeno had to offer.
The wipes came in a package of twenty-five with the packaging of the product being pure genius: I had gotten other makeup remover wipes in the past and they would dry out because the product was not packaged right. This had an easy-to-open plastic opening that kept the product moist.
The wipes worked to take my makeup off easily and they were not too oily; my face felt smooth and clean after each use. The secret ingredient in this product was Feverfew. It is naturally calming and is said to be related to chamomile. It works to calm redness and reduce irritation in dry and sensitive skin. I tested this product for 2 weeks and it really did a wonderful job of removing my makeup, seeing an overall improvement in my
skin.
