review photos sisley hydra flash formule intensive ultra moisturizing but is it worth the price

Sisley describes their Hydra-Flash Formule Intensive ($204.00) as an “intensive moisture bath specially designed for dehydrated skin” and claims that its “powerful complex of natural molecules, natural botanical extracts (rice, sesame) and essential oils (marjoram, rosewood) were selected for their potential to dramatically enhance cell cohesion and improve moisture binding in the uppermost skin layers.”

As a result, “Hydra-Flash Intensive Formula provides powerful and durable moisturizing benefits.” The product, which contains ginko biloba, is said to quickly restore the skin’s radiance, improve elasticity and smooth facial features. I applied this according to the directions; in a thick layer cleansing the face and throat. I left it on for ten minutes and then tissued off the excess (there
wasn’t much) — there was no need to rinse.

I liked the rich, creamy feel of this and it did leave my skin smooth and soft — although a tad sticky. But, given the hefty price, I do not consider it an essential for the savvy gal’s beauty tool kit. It seems to me that the same softening and smoothing functions can be accomplished by the regular use of night cream and/or moisturizer.
