This plant-based formula acne bar is made with ingredients you can pronounce, like coconut, palm, and peppermint oils, shea butter, sunflower seed oil, vitamin A, vitamin E, aloe vera, acai berry, and goji berry. It also contains 1% salicylic acid.
While on the pricier side for what some may consider just a bar of soap, the bar is quite large. Not only is the bar huge, but it’s quite effective. A little goes a long way and it suds nicely. It also has a nice scent to it.
I did experience a small purge period but nothing crazy, in my opinion. My skin didn’t personally dry out but I do use moisturizers on a regular basis. I only experience acne on my face but I imagine this product is just as effective on other parts of your body as it is the face. I really like that the product is gentle enough to use not only on the body but the face as well. I also enjoy that the soap comes in a wrapped package for sanitation purposes.
