Makeup Review, Swatches: Maybelline Color Show Fashion Prints Nail Stickers – Polish Decal Photos

As many of you know, I am a self-professed nail-a-holic. I have been addicted and obsessed mainly with nail polish strips for nearly two years now, so when I heard Maybelline was coming out with their own (Color Show Fashion Prints Nail Stickers; $7.99), I asked to sample them immediately! We had already covered them in a preview article, and now to see them in person made me super excited! These are stickers as opposed to nail polish strips that can be soaked off in water.

Each pattern looks like you spent a lot of money on a manicure from a nail art salon. Even though I have been wearing Sally Hansen‘s nail polish strips since they launched, most people are still amazed at my nails and often ask where I go to get them done. These runway-ready, handcrafted designs are the ultimate fashion accessory. These are UV-cured, so they are meant to last… and last they do! I sported Midnight Lace for more than a week!

Nicole wearing Midnight Lace

There are 8 on-trend fashionable prints that include: Midnight Lace, Fierce N Fuchsia, Wild Reptile, Metal Prisms, Cheetah Chic, Sapphire Jewels, Divine Crocodile and Resort Couture. I remember seeing them all on display at my local drugstore and really was attracted to the Divine Crocodile, as it really looked like faux croc!

They are easy-to-apply as all you have to do is select the sticker that best fits each nail, lay the sticker over your bare nail and apply a little pressure over the entire surface with the included cuticle stick. You then finally fold the spare top of the sticker over the nail tip and file away the extra length of the sticker in a downward motion. Voilà! You are done and now have a manicure that will surely turn heads.

Available at mass food and drug retailers nationwide. Get your nails ready for the holidays with some of these show-stoppers! I did! I bought them as soon as I saw them and then the lovelies at Maybelline gave me a few more to review. You can also find out what’s new by going to www.maybelline.com.

I have recently found these at the Dollar Tree! I love them! I only put the stickers on one finger on each hand and then paint the remaining nails a matching or complimenting color. I get more uses from them and I not a big fan of busy prints but like a little flair!
