I’ve been trying to find out if you received my order from 9/7/20. I never received an order confirmation, however, my bank has cashed the payment I made for the Vitamin C serum. I send an email to you on 9/8/20 but haven’t heard yet about the status of this order. Please, someone contact me and confirm my order.
