Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water, All-in-1 Mattifying For Oily Skin | $8.99

This new, All-in-1 Cleanser & Makeup Remover cleanses, removes makeup, and mattifies. It’s good for the face, lips, and eyes, and requires no rinsing and no rubbing. This cleanser is said to be “surprisingly powerful yet gentle to oily skin.” It is specifically formulated to effectively cleanse, remove makeup, and help purify pores. Like a magnet, micelles capture and lift aware dirt, oil, and makeup without harsh rubbing, leaving skin perfectly clean without a greasy residue left behind.

My skin is combination, with some oily patches, so I used it on those. The product lived up to its claims and cleansed those areas without stripping or drying. Great price too – comparable products can cost twice as much!

Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water, All-in-1 All Skin Types | $8.99

This is another product that will cleanse, remove makeup, and refresh. Like the others in this category, it requires no rinsing and no harsh rubbing, and can be used effectively on the face, lips, and eyes. This cleanser promises to be “powerful yet gentle to skin.”

Since this was good for all skin types, I used it all over my face and I’m happy to report that it did a fine job of removing makeup and cleansing my skin.

Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water, All-in-1 Mattifying, Waterproof Formula | $8.99

The All-in-1 bi-phase cleanser claims to have all of the advantages of the other two products, but is also specifically formulated to effectively cleanse and remove even waterproof/long wear makeup. I tried this to remove waterproof eyeliner and mascara and both came off easily, without any rubbing or pulling at the delicate eye area. I was able to saturate a cotton puff, press, and gently wipe clean. Great product at a great price – this will be my go-to choice in the future!

The All-in-1 cleansing and makeup removing power of micellar water is now available in an ultra-gentle wipe. The micelles in these makeup removing wipes promise to “capture and lift away dirt, oil, and makeup without harsh rubbing, leaving skin feeling clean and soft.” These wipes are specially formulated with silk fibers for an extra soft clean.

I used these to clean a full face of makeup and found them good, but not great. I still needed to rinse my face to really feel like it was clean. However, I do appreciate the ease and portability of the towelette form, especially for traveling.
